Freda looking for her forever home
Reach for the beach testimonial
Freda hopped straight into the back of the car like an old pro, & snuggled straight down. She was excited about the journey but still stayed sat down and kept mooching over for a snuggle & fuss (I had sat in the back seat with the other seats pushed down so I could make sure the dogs were ok). She was with another male who wasn’t her kennel mate & it didn’t bother her at all. She was best friends in seconds. At the beach she was very excited and did pull a couple of times at first, but once we all got walking she didn’t pull again… unless we weren’t right at the front of the pack which she really wanted to be, and often in a zig-zag route sniffing all the handsome hunks along the way (little flirt). We had a couple of runs along the beach which she enjoyed. Really good getting back into the car although was much more excited and took a bit longer to sit down, but soon got down to rest… fighting the sleep all the way as she didn’t want to miss anything. She went back to her kennel with no problem.
All in all, she is a really loving girl, who was well behaved and a pleasure to take out. Got on easily with other dogs & was excited to see other breeds but wasn’t in the slightest aggressive to them. Excitable and enthusiastic, but never naughty. (As a side note, we took her for a walk on that horrendously snowy Sunday & she went crazy for the snow, kept rolling over and burrowing in it, she was hilarious).
