Ana still fighting for her life, please help

Ana still fighting for her life, please help

Tia rescue had another wonderful response from our ever-growing family of volunteers. Please keep visiting, the cobs need you.
One experienced equine couple talked to, groomed and reassured Pearl, a black and white cob. After 2 hours Pearl looked fantastic and her confidence was visibly better. Whilst this was happening their daughter lovingly tended the other cobs. We have many more stories of Hope and Love.
But
We still have Ana the mare fighting to live, after losing her foal and becoming toxic. We are still hoping she pulls through. Rainbow equine hospital is doing everything they can to save her. The bill is running into the thousands Please help, as our bills mount, we are an independent charity and need your help. Please make a contribution to Ana’s care.

Tia Plant Sale

We are holding a Plant Sale on the weekend of 18th/19th May. If anyone sowing seeds at present could sow a few extra and donate the subsequent plants to Tia we’d be most grateful.  We’d also appreciate any donations of excess plants, shrubs etc.

Bookings for Spring Catch Up and Mother’s Day Lunch

Could those people interested in coming along to the Spring Catch-up/Pie & Pea supper on Sat 16th March please contact Tia and book their place by Sun 10th March, as we need numbers for catering purposes?  Also, Mother’s Day Lunch bookings need to be made sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment, Children can have a main course followed by Ice cream for £5, if the three course meal is too large for them.
New Sponsor cobs. Zorro and Thor

New Sponsor cobs. Zorro and Thor

Zorro and Thor Love each other and at Tia Rescue we love them. They have been given a forever home to graze on the farm at Tia Rescue

They came to us in a very sad way, starved, full of sores and barely able to stand. They have blossomed and are proud to represent the many Cobs we have rescued and in memory where we have fought the hard battle and lost.

Its been a hard journey with dental work, feeding, worming and sorting their feet, plus some dapper new winter coats. They now have health and happiness at Tia Rescue

These local cobs deserve your support and by sponsoring Zoro and Thor you can help Tia Rescue help the many out there needing care and support
